The allocation models combined into one set of fund weights, against a reference of global equities (ACWI) and the US Aggregate (AGG). The reference column shows ACWI split into the same country funds by its country weights. Equities start from ACWI’s country weights tilted by the country scores (the Equity allocation settings); then up to the sleeve budget moves into the best-scoring sector, industry, style, factor and regional sleeves, each funded from its own region, so the look-through still rolls up by region. Click an asset class to fold it, or a fund to see its holdings, sectors and role.
“On its own” is the tracking error of each decision alone; contributions add up to the total, so a decision that offsets another shows a smaller or negative share.
Average return a year in months that were in each growth and inflation state since 2008, applying today’s weights. Country funds without their own history use the closest regional fund (Europe or emerging markets).
Backtests use only data available at each date and only signals that passed the promotion rule. “Of which timing” is the excess over holding the model’s own average position: most of each edge has come from sitting above neutral in equities or credit on average, not from timing. The live record is the real test.

Scores run from 0 to 100: each sleeve's percentile within this universe, so 50 is the middle. Higher is better on every pillar, including valuation, where higher means cheaper. Select a row to see what drives it.

Monthly from 2009, gross of costs. The model sleeve holds the real assets scoring above 0.1, weighted by score over three-year volatility with at most 35% in any one, and sits in the Agg when none does; it is compared with holding every asset at equal risk. Managed futures before mid-2019 and copper before late 2011 use proxies (a trend-following construction and the front copper future); Bitcoin enters in 2015.
Rates are quote-currency units per unit of the base, from FMP daily closes since late 2023 and weekly closes before that. Crosses are computed through the dollar.
The Day Ahead before each trading day’s open (about 5:30am PT) and Day in Review after its close (about 3pm PT), each ending with the models’ running live track record; Week in Review after Friday’s close, The Week Ahead on Sunday afternoons, Month in Review and Quarter in Review after each period’s last close.
